Collaborating with Yo-Yo Ma and Anne Sofie von Otter for two recitals, Emanuel Ax has invited several of today’s top composers to create pieces to be paired with Brahms’ timeless chamber works. At the heart of the project, Ax performs both of Brahms’ monumental Piano Concertos.
